Anni Andrag
Anni serves as the Head of Business Intelligence for the Group. She started her career within the Absa Bank in Commercial Banking, after which she completed an MSc, MA in Finance and Investment in the UK and completed her traineeship.
Moving back to South Africa, inspired by her roots in agriculture, and passion for food she joined RFG Foods in 2011 as a Brand Manager. Gaining valuable experience in the FMCG industry, acquisitions integration, and multiple departments within the Group, Anni established Business Intelligence for the Group and still holds this position.

Dylan is currently MD for Africa at the Advantage Group International – a multinational organisation spanning 45+ markets working with some of the world’s biggest brands and retailers in B2B Partner engagement. He is focused on growing a Pan-African practice, and is proud of the Advantage SA team winning the firms highest growth in emerging markets for 2021, and most efficient market for 2022 company awards.
Dylan is passionate about the intersect of trade and innovation, good governance and socio-economic development. And has honed his 20yrs experience through entrepreneurship, SMME, Global Corporate (Deloitte Alum) and Board experiences.
Previously with Deloitte Africa and as Ex Board Chair of the Ecommerce Forum Africa, he led the international strategy solidifying its seat at the Global table. He represented Africa on the Global DTN (Digital Trade Network, sponsored by the ICC), and has presented at Private Sector, UN Agency and Civil Society events in Africa, Europe and the US. He has two highlights from these experiences: Firstly, presenting on stage at the World Investment Forum in Geneva together with Alibaba, EBay and Vortext Holdings. And secondly, collaborated with the AU, UN and EU for the inaugural Africa Ecommerce Summit at the UN compound in Nairobi, where we constituted the African Digital CEO forum with 22Execs from 15 companies spanning 11 countries.
In 2021 Dylan was elected to join the Board of Directors of the Italian-South African Chamber of Trade and Industry where he is currently serving his first 4yr term.
Dylan started his career in entrepreneurship launching the first store of its kind in Africa, working at a Tech SMME, co-founding Mobile Monday SA, launching a skincare brand and an Italian international hair & fashion magazine in SA.
Marco Rademeyer
Marco has a passion for Data Governance and Master Data Quality with a strong background in information systems and networks. He Specializes in Data Governance , Data Quality, SAP Master Data , ETL , Linux solution and Linux back-end web solution.
Marvin Mies
Marvin has been a part of the Wipotec team since 2016, where he started by supporting clients with different solutions like checkweighers and product inspection, or weighcells. He swiftly specialized in the emerging field of Track & Trace within the TQS product division.
Initially focused on pharmaceutical applications, His role has expanded to spearheading the marking and labeling of retail products for Wipotec.
He's proud to collaborate hand in hand with GS1 globally on this exciting initiative "Sunrise 2027" to turn this (r)evolutionary idea into reality.
Michele Francis Padayachee
Michele brings an impressive 27-year journey in Senior Business and System Integration Management, Service Delivery Management, and Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting. Her expertise traverses the operational and strategic dimensions, leaving a mark on industries ranging from retail and manufacturing to financial services.
With an expansive background in general and information technology management, Michele boasts corporate board experience as the GS1 South Africa Global Standards and Solution Executive, focusing on supply chain, standards, and information technology implementation.
Michele's leadership style is marked by inclusivity and hands-on stewardship, driven by a profound passion to foster high-performance teams that, in turn, fortify and expand our local economies throughout Africa.
Mishinga Seyuba Kombo
Mishinga is the Founder and Director of SK Associates, a supplier development advisory management practice. Mishinga helps leaders build more open, inclusive and sustainable supply chains so that they can successfully on-board and support small organisations. Mishinga is interested in strategic initiatives that deliver impactful sustainable results for communities in Sub-Saharan markets. Mishinga is currently completing her PhD in Business administration at the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town, where her research focuses on supplier development and supply chain management. Mishinga’s career has been defined by a commitment to driving change, sharing insights and capacity building in communities and organisations. Mishinga is a qualified and Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She has a B.Soc.Sci degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE), a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Law and an MPhil in International Law from University of Cape Town.
Neil Perkins
Neil Perkins is the Group Master Data Lead for Massmart. He and his team are focused on consolidating the management of Master Data within the group. A single centre of excellence driving improved standardisation of systems and processes. Driving High Quality Data efficiencies, improved customer experience, increased sales and enabling Massmart’s strategy.
Prof Eldrid Jordaan
Eldrid Jordaan is a Professor of Practice at the Johannesburg Business School, University of Johannesburg and a former Special Advisor to the Minister of Public Enterprises. He is the Founder of Suppple PLC & GovChat.Org, an award-winning technology platform for social impact that has assisted over 10 million South Africans in partnership with the South African Government and the United Nations.
A world-renowned public speaker on Social Impact Innovation, Civic Engagement, Digital Governance & Open Government Partnerships. He has presented at Harvard & MIT, University of Georgia, World Economic Forum, UNESCO, African Union Commission, and more recently, Amazon Web Services ReMars in Las Vegas & GovTech in Paris.
Renaud de Barbuat
Since July 2022, Renaud de Barbuat is the President and Chief Executive Officer of GS1, a leading global standards organisation.
Renaud is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years’ experience in driving digital transformation in global large-scale companies from different sectors. As the leader of GS1, Renaud has the ambition to build on the success of the past 50 years that led to broad adoption of the GS1 Standards to better serve industries in their digital transformation journey to ultimately benefit consumers and patients.
Before joining GS1 in 2019 as Chief Operating Officer, Renaud served four years as Chief Information Officer of CARREFOUR, the eight-largest retailer in the world by revenue. During his time at Carrefour, he was the driving force behind a profound omnichannel, e-commerce and supply chain transformation. At the same time, Renaud had the opportunity to start contributing to the GS1 organisation as board member, and later vice-chairman, of GS1 France and GS1 Global.
During his time as Chief Information Officer at THALES, one of the world’s largest suppliers in the aerospace sector, between 2008 and 2013, Renaud de Barbuat implemented a worldwide IT simplification programme. Between 2002 and 2008, he was Group CIO at EDF (one of the world’s largest Utility companies), preparing the business for a deregulated market and supporting EDF IPO.
Previous roles and experiences include Vice-President of AT Kearney, where he managed the automotive and the IT practice in Paris; R&D engineer at Group R&D; and Partner in charge of SAP supply chain activities at Eurosept.
Renaud de Barbuat graduated from Ecole Polytechnique (Palaiseau, France), Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Techniques Avancées (Paris, France) and from Carnegie-Mellon University (M.S., Pittsburgh, USA).
Robert Beideman
Robert Beideman leads the teams that bring standards, global services and innovations to life at GS1. He and his teams engage businesses, organisations and industries as trusted advisors to transform their supply chains, adapt their logistics models and thrive in a time of unprecedented digital transformation. His consultative approach to leadership relies on perspectives gained in roles in product development, systems engineering, sales and marketing, consulting, research & development and ML/BI design.

Viresh Sahdeo
Viresh Sahdeo is a seasoned IT management professional with 23 years of extensive experience leading and transforming IT operations, support, governance, and data management.
During his tenure at SPAR GROUP LIMITED, Viresh has held a diverse portfolio of roles, including Operations Analyst, Project Manager, IT Operations and Support Manager, Master Data Solution Design Lead, and currently, Master Data and Governance Manager. Leveraging his expertise, Viresh consults with industries in Digital, BIG DATA, and fractional leadership roles.
Zinhle Tyikwe
Zinhle Tyikwe is the Chief Executive Officer of GS1 South Africa | The Consumer Goods Council of South Africa (CGCSA). Prior to her appointment as CEO, Zinhle was the Executive in charge of Human Resources and Communications and has been with the GS1 SA | CGCSA since 2013. She holds two honours degrees in Human Resources Development and Industrial Psychology and Organisational Development, all from UNISA, as well as an MBA from the University of South Wales. Zinhle has more than 20 years of human resources and strategic management experience. She also currently serves on the boards of the Wholesale and Retail SETA, Steve Biko Academic Hospital and Drinks Federation of SA. She’s a mom to Wongalamasengwa and Zimkitha. She’s passionate about family, unearthing potential and development and seeing growth in people.
